Return/Exchange/Reship Policy
1. If customers received defective products, we can offer credits if customers keep the goods and provide real photo of defects. If customer insist on sending the order back, we can reship the order in correct condition after we receive the defective stuffs.
2. We refund on products that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you ONLY.
3. Some unacceptable reasons for exchange and return are: I dont like the products, I do not want to keep the products anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of products are darker or lighter than pictured, shipping defect.
4. Acceptable Reasons for exchange and return: Wrong products or size sent, apparent and serious factory defects on products. Customers are responsible for the shipping of sending back. We are responsible for reshipping.
5. If your products are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us. We are responsible for the shipping of resending.
Shipping & Delivery
1. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
2. You will receive a tracking number from us after 1-3 days with which you can check the shipping carrier is website and track the package status.
3. Both of the seller and buyer are responsible for some actions customs takes against the package. (This is very rare case) Usually if the package is hold at customs, it will be released with a custom bill, we compensate 50% of the bill amount in your next order. If the package does not be released in two weeks, we reship half of the order for free.
4. All packages must be signed for. If no one is at home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
